Who Is This For? 

Designed for youth ages 12–18 who want to become more confident, improve how they communicate, develop stronger habits and learn how to make responsible decisions about their future. 

No previous leadership experience is required.

Understand personal strengths, values and abilities while developing healthy self-confidence.

Learn how to set meaningful goals, evaluate choices and create practical steps toward achieving them.

Begin thinking intentionally about education, career, relationships, community involvement and the kind of person they want to become.
